Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn with ALL original tags attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
Items which are damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days with ALL original tags attached and no evidence of wear.
Temporary sale items are eligible for return or exchange and subject to the above return policy.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Returns and exchanges are free if returned within 30 days of receipt, or follow gifting rules. Refunds require proof of purchase: which is the invoice emailed to you after purchase.
1. Prepare your package
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice along with the form identifying the reason for exchange or return.
2. Get your return label
Either print online or go to your local UPS or FedEx store to create your shipping label. USPS is not recommended. Including signature required is strongly recommended to ensure your package is received by MINQ. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

3. Ship it
When your package is ready, drop it off at the nearest UPS or Fed Ex Location. Please make sure all full price, temporarily sale items, and damaged items are received inside the 30 day window or you are not guaranteed a return.
Assuming all the appropriate paperwork has been received, the shipment has been received on time, all tags are attached and there is no sign of wear and tear, a full return to your credit card will be initiated. We will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. For an exchange, we will ship you the exchanged product within 2 business days if the product is available. If it is not available, we will notify you and process a refund.
NOTE: We don’t refund original shipping and handling charges
